The existing platform had fragmented booking workflows, limited usability, and an outdated interface. Users struggled to complete tasks efficiently, and managers found it difficult to keep operations organized.
We redesigned the booking system with a clear information hierarchy, simplified navigation, and modernized flows. A design system was introduced to ensure scalability and consistency, while five interactive prototypes allowed us to validate improvements quickly with real users.
