Atlant Telecom is a major Internet service provider in Belarus with over 200,000 subscribers. The company focuses on internet tariff plans and customer support. Over six years, we collaborated on redesign and system updates to improve digital services and customer experience.
Challenge

The client had three separate websites, including a corporate one, which caused inconsistent communication and poor customer experience. The main challenge was to unify these into a single platform that would improve usability, streamline tariff plan selection, and support business growth.
